How do I generate reports in PDF, HTML, Excel and Word in PHAWorks Lite?

To convert a study from PHAWorks Lite into HTML, Excel, Word, or other programs, please complete these steps.

  1. From within PHAWorks Lite, select the report required from the Reports tab
  2. Select the Print Button
  3. Select HTML option
  4. Enter the location and name where the file is to be saved in the "Output file" field
  5. Select Generate Report (automatically the extension HTML will be added)
  6. Run Excel for example and open the HTML file
  7. You can then save the file in Excel format

To convert a study from PHAWorks Lite into PDF,  please complete these steps.

  1. From within PHAWorks Lite, select the report required from the Reports tab
  2. Select the Print tab
  3. For "Output Configuration", select "PDF"
  4. Enter the location and name where the file is to be saved in the "Output file" field 
  5. Select "Generate Report" (automatically the extension PDF will be added)

NOTE - When saving these reports, they are separate files from the data entered in the PHAWorks Lite file. You do not want to replace the *.phal files.

OLD VERSION OF PHAWORKS LITE

To convert a study from PHAWorks Lite into HTML, Excel, Word, or other programs, please complete these steps.

  1. From within PHAWorks Lite, select the report required from the Reports tab
  2. Select the HTML option
  3. Enter an Output file under "Save in"
  4. Select Generate Report
  5. Run Excel for example and open the HTML file
  6. You can then save the file in Excel format

To convert a study from PHAWorks Lite into PDF,  please complete these steps.

  1. From within PHAWorks Lite, select the report required from the Reports tab
  2. Select the Printer option
  3. If "Use default print" is not you PDF printer, deselect ""Use default print" and select your PDF printer
  4. Select Print
