Facilities covered by EPA’s Risk Management Program rule, 40 CFR Part 68, are required to submit a Risk Management Plan to EPA. The Plan must be revised and resubmitted every 5 years, or more frequently if certain process changes occur.
This technical briefing provides guidance on preparing and submitting, and revising and resubmitting, a Risk Management Plan. Attendees receive an electronic copy of the technical briefing materials.
