Answer: Every country has different regulations regarding entering the country to attend a training course. Some countries do require a visa for entry. This is often based on the purpose of the visit and the visitor's country of origin. Primatech will be happy to provide a Letter of Invitation to support your visa application for any country where you will be attending our training. This letter is not a guarantee of visa issuance and should be used only in support of a visa application for attendance at our training courses. The visa application process will vary with each country. Please begin the application process early to allow adequate time to obtain a visa. Attendees should not bring their own laptops to the course (unless otherwise specified), as any laptops needed for the workshop sessions within a course will be provided by Primatech. Attendees should consider bringing a sweater or sweatshirt with them in case the course meeting room temperature is cooler than they are used to. For software training courses, attendees may be required to bring a laptop that has the software installed and working. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information on software training courses.
Answer: Primatech provides all materials that are needed for each course, including training manuals, reference materials, and classroom supplies. In addition to the materials, the course fees include lunch and refreshments during the training course. All travel and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Primatech will provide details of the training venue to attendees as early as possible to allow adequate time for travel planning. Transportation, parking, hotel incidentals, internet service, and meals outside of the training course lunch are also the responsibility of the attendee.
Answer: Primatech awards 0.7 CEUs for each hour of classroom instruction time. For example, a total of 2.1 CEUs are awarded for a 3-day course. Additionally, professional organizations, such as ABIH, have awarded Primatech courses with their own units of points. Please see the individual course descriptions for the points that are awarded. Attendees are responsible for submitting the CEUs to their professional membership organizations for the purpose of maintaining their credential requirements.

The certificates have regulatory significance in some jurisdictions and Primatech cannot certify someone who has not received the benefit of all the material covered in a training course.
